The textbook by Prentice Hall ISBN 013150987X named "Introduction to Financial Accounting" 8th edition, by Horngren. Is a very nice book for a beginner in Accounting. It is currently used in the introductory accounting class (Acco305) at Rice University. Is very easy for the student to follow. The pricing is about $130.00 Below are a few links where you may obtain this book: Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/013150987X/qid=1111633760/sr=2-2/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_2/002-5242758-2462416 Barnes and Noble: http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbninquiry.asp?ISBN=013150987X&pdf=y Half.com: http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cgi?cpid=1064261214&domain_id=1856&meta_id=1 They have it for about $50.00 but is not as trustable. |
