I am after the average annual, worldwide prices (USD) for online and
retail cost per print for digital 6"x4" photo printing. (I already
have the US data available through PMA). The results should contain
historical and forecast data (+/- 2-3 yrs).

I also would like, as a print-at-home comparison, the split between
number of images printed on an SOHO A4 printers, compared to the
number printed on dedicated photo printers (assume 6"x4" photo size).

the worlwide unit sales and installed base of dedicated digital photo
printers.
