I'm looking for an agency in Marin, California to help me find a
long-term (year lease) rental house on the coast of Marin (Bolinas,
Stinson, Inverness, etc.).  I am located across the country and need
someone who will give me listings of rentals (preferrably complete
with pictures) starting now, to start to give me an idea of the rental
market there.  I don't need to move in until this July, but I'd like
to start getting to know the area and the market.  Then when I come to
visit closer to the summer, I'd like this agency to show me all the
rentals that fit my criteria.  In other words, a knowledeable and
customer-service-oriented business that specializes in this market.

I'm looking for a spacious house (3br) with a view of the ocean in a
quiet neighborhood.
