I am in San Diego California, and I am looking to start a business. I
was wondering how do I register to start a business.  I am looking to
sell things.  What exactly do I need?  I just graduated college and
want to do things legally and properly.

I am not sure.  the basic business model would be labor and selling of
various crap people give me.  Do i need a business license for that?

i guess this would be retail, however I also have my own labor that i
rent out along with my truck.

Ok, I have figured out my own business idea and all the neccessary
steps.  Now I am building a website that I would like to incorporate
google maps.  How would I go about doing this.  I really like the
Sattelite imaging.
