I have previously purchased herbal treatment for my disabled daughter

have been trying for over a month to re find this site, can you get
any more info.

have tried "lee.tougas@ultramax.com" and delievery has "failed"

One quick look at the website mentioned above you will notice that
this is not correct.

Why not calling The Vitamin Shoppe 1.800.223.1216 or VitaminLab 1.888.275.8567
and if you still have the original bottle they should be able to match
it up to what you
previously purchased.

Both companies do sell UltraMax products.
