Many people have suggested I consider getting my 16-month old son into
modeling (I'm sure lots of parents hear that suggestion... everyone
thinks their children are gorgeous, right?).  I'm not sure how to go
about finding a reputable agency that won't charge a fee unless they
really think my son has potential.  There are many places online that
will take your money and send photos to scouts.  How to I get started
down this path that is littered with scams and illegitimate offers?  I
live in the NY Tri-State area.
