I suggest you to split this question in 9 different ones in order to
get at least answers for some question if nobody can answer all.

yourself do the assignment for "Fundamentals of Corporate Finance".

And they disappeared -great!
Mabe the question should too.  At $50 per single question, the whole
project could be attractive.  Maxbe even rcruz-ga would then like to
try to answer some of them.
