this is a continuation of my last question.  i went googling for
"insurance broker" but didn't find what i am looking for.  i'm looking
for someone who will search through tons of renter's insurance
policies until they find one that will give me renter's insurance on
my cell phone in addition to other items in my apartment.  the catch
is that the deductible must be $50 or below for the cell phone and the
policy must allow me to make a claim if the cell phone was lost/stolen
or damaged to be unusable in any way.  initial price for this is $2.00
but i will tip $.25-$.75 for each valid insurance broker contact info
and website you give me that can find what i want.
