Naugard PS-35 is a mixture of a variety of discrete chemicals. 
There's no reason to think it would have a CAS number all its own.

Nauguard PS-35 is a blend "of phenolic and aromatic amine antioxidant
with a phosphite stabilizer."  It is not a single molecule.
