i'm looking to have something translated into buddhist sanscript and
or more importantly having something that appears to be in budhist
sancript translated.  Any links or help appreciated.

Hi,
I can't help you with the translation, but I can tell you that I am confused:
Do you want a text translated INTO Sanskrit?  Or do you want a
translation FROM Sanskrit INTO English?  The latter seems more
logical.

Since the heading of the question is misspelled, suggesting
"transcript", maybe the question should be cancelled (50 cents) and a
new question made with a clearer definition of what you want.  If you
want the translation of a Sanskrit text, try to provide a link to a
picture of it.  In fact, you will have to, unless you can guide the
researcher to chapter and verse of a standard work.

Finally, you speak of Buddhist Sanskrit.  Are you referring to the
contents of the text?  I ask, since Sanskrit is not exclusive to
Buddhism, whereas a religious text in Tibetan, that looks quite
different, would most probably be Buddhist.
