I am looking for a William J & Ruby Graham. Their last prior known
address is 4257 Middle Two Rock Road, Petaluma, Ca. Start your search
from 1967 at least to the present. If these people are deceased, I need
to know the names and contact information of closest living heirs.

They are deceased.  Visit www.rootsweb.com and click on the MESSAGE
BOARD link and enter a search to find a message board for SONOMA
COUNTY, and then click on the link in blue letters to Sonoma County
California, and post your search message there so that a genealogical
researcher can help you, or also visit www.findpeople.org which is
another message board where your search can be posted.
