I need to locate software that will allow me to lower the
size/resoultuion of some .MOV files that I have. I need to make them
small enough so that it would be reasonably easy for them to be
downloaded. Any suggestions? I would also prefer something that would
allow me to change to file format from .MOV to something like .mpeg or
.avi
