My questions i would like to know the detials of the Oil Tanker
Industry.  Who are the leading builders of them?  Which countries
build them, and contact info if possible.  What are the current costs
to build them and current rates to transport oil? Also i would
appreciate any additional information on the oil tanker business.

When you mean builders, you mean the companies rather than the
countries, right? I've been looking around for information on this
question, but I find only snippets of information on tankers and their
manufacturers, nothing really on which of them the top makers.
