Dear sydney8-ga,
As your situation is unique, (and I do not know the full facts), the
Student Awards Agency for Scotland suggests you contact them for
advice.
Their web site is
http://www.student-support-saas.gov.uk/home.htm
Click on Eligibility and you will see their eligibility conditions
based on your nationality and where you live. You will also obtain
additional information on their FAQs page - this includes tuition fees
and other costs.
Again, I cannot fully answer this because I do not know the full facts
i.e. type of course, university and other possible effects on the
costs.
Let me known whether this meets your answer and I shall post it as an answer.
