Your question is a little hard to decipher. Are you asking: "Is there a nation where the development of human and material resources is structured by education and training imbibed in a moderate political atmosphere?" OR "Will education and training imbibed in a moderate political atmosphere lead to a better structured development of human and material resources for a given nation?" OR some other question |

-- Q: 'education and training imbibed in a moderate political atmosphere structures the development of human and material resources of any nation. Criticise this ascertion?' A: The ascertion is incorrect. The development of both human and material resources of any nation is strictly dependent on available energy. Education and training is an input and output of the human resource in any society - the 'political' is a product of the human resource. The 'political' arising from how people should function together in a society. 'Political' tension and social anxiety arise when demand exceeds the what the material resources can provide. These material resources are directly tied to energy flows. Even the human resource needs energy (food) to function. Without adequate energy - none of the above is possible. Regards, MiniM |
