Is there a way a non-programmer can force Windows XP to use a larger
font in forms and controls? These fonts are unaffected by using large
font settings on the control panel. (I'd rather not use screen
magnifier software, etc., and I've already lowered my screen
resulution.)

Ferglets,

All Forms and controls everywhere? Or is there a particular program(s)
you are having trouble with?

It would be nice if all the forms and controls were enlarged, but I
would consider this question answered if I could merely enlarge the
forms and controls in Outlook 2003.
