I don't think they would make their marketing plan public. It might be
deduced, however, from what they are doing in the marketplace.

Easy, bring in gamblers, give free drinks and food, and take all their
money while giving back a slight percentage in large enough
quantities, so that the masses may think they are winning when the
winners true ROI is very low or even negative.
