I live in cincinnati, and have been residing since june 2003.  My soon
to be ex lives in NY and filed for divorce on Jan 2004 in NY.  She is
essentially defrauding me for money, what I want to know is whether I
can do a change of venue from NY to cincinnati for my divorce case and
how should I go about doing it?

I also wanted to add that there are no kids involved and no spousal
support.  We make the same amount of money.  I was the one served the
papers in Jan 2004.
