What are the top 5 inpatient recovery programs for Bulimia in the United States?

Although I don't know if there is an official top 5 list, I can tell
you my favorites. I am a Registered Dietitian and worked with eating
disorders for 5 years. The best inpatient program I can tell you is
called Monte Nido (http://www.montenido.com/). Carolyn Costin (the
founder) is in my opinion the leading expert in eating disorders in
the nation.

I also highly recommend Francie White. I believe she just opened up a
center in Santa Barbara, CA. I'm not sure what the center is called
but her website is http://www.innerescapes.com. You can contact her
from there to learn more about her program.
