As a single woman looking for a safe apartment to live in where there
is as few crimes as possible, where can I go for information that can
lead to the best and safest choice?  I am currently looking in the
Lower Bucks County, PA area (suburbs of Philadelphia).

Most police stations can provide you with crime statistics.  Dates, offense, ect.
