I am looking for a consumer report regarding the Customer Service Wait
time in the Wireless stores. For instance, what is the average time
spent waiting in Verizons customer service department while waiting
for Customer Service.  Is there a ranking that I am missing?  What are
customers number one complaint. "I had to wait 40 mins on customer
service line?"
