What happens when I stop breathing physiologically? How long can a
human live without breathing?

No breathing, i.e. due to suffication, drowning, air passage way blocked etc.

In what sense? In the sense that the body physically cannot breathe
(ie: passageway blocked? choking?) or in that you chose to stop
breathing? The two lead to very different results.
