There has never been a Delphi for the Mac.  The only current Pascal
for the Mac that I know of is GNU Pascal.

You can try Free Pascal (http://www.freepascal.org/),It support part
feature of Delphi and Turbo Pascal,There is also an IDE which looks
the same to Delphi to support Free Pascal Compiler.
