How many grams of sodium chloride are needed to make 15L of a solution
that has a concentration of 3.0 grams of sodium chloride per liter of
solution?

Hi!!


If the solution has a concentration of 3.0 grams per liter of
solution, this means that for each liter of solution we will have 3.0g
of solute (in this case sodium chloride).
Then for 15 liters of a sodium chloride solution with a concentration
of 3.0 grams per liter of solution we will need 15*3.0g = 45.0g of
sodium chloride.
