interested in "Kenet Svizi".  Is this a person or a product?

slu?be (ATSC) u Rajt Fildu, u Ohaju, u kojoj su obavljana neka
najstro?e ?uvana ispitivanja, Vojna obave?tajna slu?ba (MI) u

Although I can't translate the text, I was able to find out what
"Kenet Svizi" means. It is the Serbian spelling of "Kenneth Swezey".
Kenneth M. Swezey (1905-1972) was an American author of scientific
articles and books; he also was a friend of the famous
Serbian-American inventor Nikola Tesla (1856-1943), who is mentioned
in your text several times.
