error when i start my computer that says: c:\winnt\tasks\sa.dat is
corrupt then it roboots

Have you tried booting in safe mode and deleting the file?
Let me know what help you might need in doing this.

Have you installed MATLAB, try reinstallig it.

Re-install Winnt programme so that it will run perfectly
