I am looking for contact information (e-mail address is fine) for
Jean-Jacques Rivard, who wrote an article "A Hierophany at Chichen
Itza" published in the journal Katunob, a Mayan studies journal in
1969 or 1970.  I wish to contact him for academic purposes.  If he is
no longer living, verifiable information to that effect is also an
acceptable answer.  Thank you.
