Hi I am doing a research on Wegman service VS WalMart and Target. I
want to know the main difference between the culture of these
companies. What makes Wegman superior or better than walmart and
target? I want to know the satisfication of the employees at the
respective companies and also the customer experience difference. The
bottom line is why will I buy from Wegman and not from Walmart?

I don't see them as being competitive, really. Our Wegman's is a big
supermarket, and doesn't have most of the kinds of things that Walmart
carries. And our Walmart isn't a supermarket. :)

But, Wegman's is THE Top Employer in the US (best company to work for,
whatever ya call it), as told to me by the "Great Place to Work
Institute" when I gave them Excel training earlier this month. So that
answers that part, at least. :)

I'm not a researcher. They'll get you a much more definitive answer. :)
