Hello,

We are interested in launching pre-paid cards to corporations and
would like to know how do we proceed in doing so? What we want is
direct relation with banks instead of through a third party processor.
We like to be the company which provides pre-paid cards or ATM cards
(internationally). We need to have direct information. Please don't
just direct us to VISA or Mastercard. We need to have a lead which
will lead us directly to having the setup.

When you say "please don't direct us to Visa or Mastercard," are you
saying "don't direct us to a general number at Visa or Mastercard?"
I.e., you want a direct lead at these companies?

Hello,

Yes, you are right. We want to be the company which offers the card.
We did try mastercard and Visa but they will direct us to another
company. We know this relates to a bank and thus we want answer as to
who to look for. We want a source who we can go to and everything can
be setup from there.

Thanks,
