I would like to know where I can buy an old Mortise lock and how much
it will cost. The specific
lock is a "Russwin P. 1213"
The Backset is 3" and has a thumb latch handle. Itis for an exterior
door. I have already tried many of the online places an deven
contacted the Lock museum without finding this specific one.

Thank you.

I may have something that will work: it's an old Sergeant mortise lock
(with thumb-tab) lock with a Russwin deadbolt cylinder at the top.

e-mail me if you're interested.

j_marston-ga .......I do not have an email to send anything to you.

I would like to know the other dimensions especially the backset. If
the backset is 3" than it may work.
Please measure it and post your email.

Thanks
