I am trying to synchronize the Address Book application with Microsoft
Entourage 2001 for Max, V9.0. The Handspring is in a USB cradle. My
system is a G4 tower running Mac OS 9.2.2. I am using the
Microsoft-provided conduit for Entourage.

The problem: Everything syncs fine, *except* that I can NOT get the
actual street addresses, state and zip code to load into my
handspring. Email and phone number, no problems. But the address won't
take. I've tried 'Mac overwrites Handheld', etc. ,with absolutely no
luck. How can I get my handspring to sync my contacts' complete
address?

I was unclear: I am NOT using the palm desktop address book
application, but the address book within Entourage. And it's Entourage
for Mac, not Max. :-)
