I need some very specific wine recommendations (vinter & year) for a wedding taking place in Napa/Sonoma Valley. The wines need to be from Napa & surrounding areas, and should retail for $22 or less per bottle. Specifically I need a Pinot Noir to go with the following appetizers (Seared Ahi Tuna with Wasabi aoili on crispy louts root chip, Grilled Chicken with mango glaze, and crostini with mango peppermint jelly topped with fresh grapes and strawberries.) I also need a Chardonnay recommendation to go with the following dinner meal (Roasted Sea Bass in a Jus de Fruits de Mer and Red Wine Reduction Sauce, served with white truffle oil infused whipped potatoes, sauteed baby spinach and baby fennel). I would like at least two recommendations for both red and white each. |
