What would be considered "critical" meperidine and nor-meperidine
blood levels (ng/ml)?  What are the highest reported levels or what
would be considered lethal?

Because both meperidine and normeperidine are opioid agonists (the
same class as morphine), the blood levels that would be considered
critical or potentially lethal would vary depending on how opioid
naive or tolerant a person was.
