I work in a vaccine co as product management executive. We are going
to produce a vaccine throught the technology we are going to acquire
from another institute. I have been asked to prepare a commercial
development plan for the same. The institute from whom we are going to
buy the technology has given benchmark payments. The benchmarks are 1)
Execution 2) Phase III trials 3) Regulatory approval etc. Can anyone
help me regarding how to prepare the commercial development plan. The
