Can you clarify what you need?  

Are you looking for a list of architects in the DC area that design
medical facilities?  Or did you have something more specific in mind
with the phrase "medical planner architect"?

"A list of architects in the DC area that design
medical facilities"

Names of individual people that work for any of the firms.

I removed a previously-posted answer that did not meet the customer's
needs, as it contained names of firms, rather than individual
architects.
