What were the average Neilsen rating of the top ten US TV shows in
each year, from the time ratings began (or are available) to the
present?

If that's not available, I would settle for the Neilsen rating of top
rated show in each year, again from the earlies data available to the
present.

If that's proving difficult, too, I could probably work with just
representative dates, such as 1960, 1970, 1980, etc...
