I want 4 case studies on the role of human resources strategies and
the HR department in bringing about successful organisational change,
eg downsizing, increased productivity, cost cutting, mergers etc and
also where HR has failed to achieve this. Each case study to be no
more than 4 A4 pages long. Preferably well known brand name
organizations. Please do not provide existing copyrighted material.
Case studies to be used for small discussion groups of HR
pofessionals. Needed within 48 hours.

Dear Lono,

If I understand correctly, you want a Google Answers Researcher to
write 4 original case-studies for you: you specifically requested that
the material would not be copyrighted. However, once it is published
on this site, the material will be copyrighted and thus would miss the
point of being something original (in any case I doubt it if one would
write an original case-study for $25).

What I could propose is to provide background material that would
enable you to write the case-studies yourself.

Dear Iono-ga - thank you for your reply. what do you mean by
background material? Woould it include the type of orgnaisational
change being undertaken, why the change was necessary, the strategies
adopted, the role of the HR department and the outcome?
Thanks
