Hi There, I'm a diving instructor with PADI and I run also a website www.diversjobs.com about Jobs in Diving. I live at the moment in Australia after arriving from Thailand and the Red Sea. To work in diving in australia think of the gold coast... forget NWS or Victoria... (by the way is bloody freezing at the moment in Victoria)... The clear points that I know is diving is more expensive here... but Divemasters makes almost nothing.... Also you need for sure a work permit if you want to find a permanent job.
