It is in a frame, sealed so that it does not discolor. We were told
that it contains the full section of 8 pages that tell his biography. 
We never verified this because we were afraid to undo the air tight
framing.  The frame is very plain probably pine .  The issue appeared
on his 100th birthday. We bought it about 20 years ago for $40

To clarify what I want: the name of a local (Hartford, CT ) antique
dealer that would be able to tell me the present worth of the
newspaper.
