Describe the rise of civilization in Mesoamerica and Andean South
America.  What does it have in common with the rise of civilization in
Africa and Eurasia?  It what ways was it different? Good types of
information are, but are not limited too, definieing characteristics
of civilizations in the area, types of government, religious
practices, or most any other information you can come up with about
the topic.
