Is anyone having faintness while driving in connection with pantyhose?
I have nearly lost consciousness while driving on numerous occasions
possibly due to obstruction of bloodflow in my femoral arteries.

This seems highly unlikely - to me, a male. It seem unlikely the
constriction of the arteries in the legs would cause loss of
consciousness.
I would surmise that you have experienced moments of black-out that
can occur when tired - day or night - or in connection with alcohol,
of course (no offense intended), and maybe there are other
physical/psychical situations that can induce it.
There is probably an English expression for this that I don't know.

i think the most important thing here is, that you stop driving and
see a Dr, you might kill someone or yourself and whoever is in the car
with you, if you think you'll find this help with kind of thing on the
net, you are to dumb to drive. you know what can happen, so stop
driving and see a Dr.

I was driving a luxury car wearing suntan support nylons and high heel
pumps with my feet barely reaching the pedals one night. I was very
dizzy while driving and my little brother had to grab the steering
wheel. He also had to push my foot off of the accelerator pedal. I
was only dizzy for one minute.
