Question ID: 504814
There is some content that I want to save to my hard disk (so I can
send it, replay it, edit it, whatever) that is available to me as a
streaming video embedded in a web page. How do I do this? Is there
software out there that does this? I don't care if it's illegal or
not. Thanks!

Dear cyberwave3,

Unfortunately, it is not important whether you care if it is illegal
or not. Rather, the Google Answers Researchers must care since they
are not allowed to provide answers that might support illegal
activities. We can't simply "decide" if it is illegal or not in your
particular case. Therefore, I doubt that you can get an answer.

Regards,
Scriptor

Okay. I'm paying for the content fair and square. My fair use rights
gives me the right to save a copy. Now you can answer my question!!
Yay!
