Are you a Hongkonger?

I can tell you there's no definite answer at this moment of time yet:

Local lawyers and Pan-democratic legislators (=congressors in US)
think that it should be 5;
while the Government of HKSAR and the Central Goverment of PRC thinks
it should be 2.
