What % of customers are uncomfortable shopping in a big-box store?
Reasons would include: too far to walk, too far in a wheelchair, get
lost/confused/overwhelmed, blind, uncomfortable asking questions
(foreign language, not able to speak clearly, shy)

Five percent (5%).  The others that would be uncomfortable don't go there.

I am Uncomfortable, reason - I have panic disorder. I think it may be
more like 15%. I go sometimes but feel very Uncomfortable and would
rather not be there. The amount that just don't go and have other
people buy for them is more than most people think. I know of lots of
people. Some older people also.
