Next year (t=1) Company A expects a profit after tax of $16 million. 
It pays 50% of its earnings in dividends and has a cost of equity
capital of 11%.  If Company A has a 14% re-investment rate, what is
the value of Company A at t=0?  You can assume Company A has one
share.

Just giving me the formula is enough.  I will not need the answer after 4/12/05.
