I just purchased a GREAT Toshiba Gigabeat (rival to the iPod -- only
available in Japan at present) -- one problem however- there's no DRM
support - and I have a lot of drm WMA files --

All of the relevant gigabeat sites are in Japanese -- but it appears I
should be able to get software to enable DRM compatability --

1) Do you speak Japanese?
2) Can you help me find the drivers/send the drivers to me or guide me
through the Japanese links from Toshiba?
3) Another option is whether you can call Toshiba in Japan, speak
Japanese, and clarify whether this even an option?

Have you successfully installed the gigabeat software on your computer?
If so, i would look into converting your wmp files into mp3 files
without drm protection.  If the problem is installing the program
since your computer is american and the program is japanese, your
answer lies in this website:
