I am under consideration to take a job in Information Technology in
Qatar.  Besides twice the US salary, a Driver's license, car rental,
and housing what should I also ask for?  Where is the information that
will allow me to play on an even field?

I guess salary in Qatar is tax free

Medical expenses; School Fees.

You may (or may not) be married with children at present but allow for
the possibility.

Help with Removal Expenses; Free Air Travel for n times each year to
Home Country or wherever.

Some provision for going on courses, to keep you up-to-speed.

I have been told that the salary is tax free as long as I am out of US
for 320 days of the year.  Didn't know the rest of this.  Thank you
