I couldn't find it either. I assume you have Lee et al. (1991) J Biol Chem 266(18) 11448. Options include: Emailing the corresponding author of that paper; Deriving the sequence from the expression vector construction procedure given. |

we have that in my biochemistry module, but i can't find the sequence anywhere either, i don't think we're aloud to know!! (it's the password for the noble prize winners club he he!!) |

May I ask why you need the sequence information? Perhaps there is another way to do what you want done. |
