Question ID: 505899
What is the nucleotide sequence of the RBG4 plasmid? I have a
restriction map that says that it's 3812 base pairs long, but I have
not been able to find the full sequence online. RBG4 may also be
refered to as pRBG4 in the literature.

Yes, I'm sure I dont want the prpg gene. I have HA and FLAG tagged
GluR1 flip in RBG4, but I got them from a lab who hadn't used them in
years, and had lost all documentation.
Answer
There is no answer at this time.

I couldn't find it either.
I assume you have Lee et al. (1991) J Biol Chem 266(18) 11448.

Options include:
Emailing the corresponding author of that paper;
Deriving the sequence from the expression vector construction procedure given.

Are you sure that you don't want the prgp gene, which is part of the
pCF10 plasmid? If so, here's the link:

May I ask why you need the sequence information? Perhaps there is
another way to do what you want done.
