to clarify i'm asking what staffing agency, not government agency- i
am assuming there is a few select professional agencies that people of
this caliper would use, that don't show up on the internet when i
search through google, to hire professional nannies\governesses and
other household staff. i am trying to find an agency of this quality.

This would be a private matter of the president or governor, and I
hope that no government agency would be used to hire the person  -
maybe to check on security.

I was going to suggest that the governor just had to get married, and
then he would have a "governess", but I won't ;) since for $50 this is
a serious question.
