Hello balloo:

Can you let us know what general area of the world you are in so we
can look for bioremediation suppliers near to you?

As well, the very first thing you should probably do is report the
spill to the local enviromental department of your municipal or state
government. Such a large oil spill - even underground - could be a
serious enviromental hazard for both you and your neighbours.

Thanks.
